During my two-week stay at Casa Salvador, I found a hidden gem that beautifully blended comfort with culinary innovation. The restaurant offered a delightful mix of American and Indian dishes. Each morning, I would savor a milky coffee while gazing at the vibrant outdoor surroundings, which made for a lovely backdrop for my holiday photos. Though the breakfast options were somewhat limited, the authentic Indian flavors at dinner more than made up for it. The bar was well-stocked, a convenient spot to unwind with a cocktail before heading to my room, which, despite being due for updates, comfortably met my needs. With its proximity to Calangute beach and a clean swimming pool, I'd recommend Casa Salvador to fellow food enthusiasts looking to indulge in a charming yet affordable getaway.
